Before starting any project there are multiple things that need to be in place in order to set our clients up for success. CES addresses Pre-Construction planning from office tasks to field reporting.

Submittals can be an overwhelming process. Most of our clients prefer to focus on the field operations rather than sitting at a desk looking at a long list of required submittals at the beginning of each job. CES provides that service by implementing and maintaining all submittal logs. We produce submittals such as, “Job specific site safety manual,” which is now needed for most jobs in NYC. This can be extremely time consuming to the client. Additionally, we manage and review all rebar submittals.

Often before and during projects RFI’s may be necessary to clarify dimensions, resolve problems and address contradictions. C.E.S. assist our clients with comprehensive submissions and response logs. Many of these RFI’s often become essential when submitting Change Orders.

Change Orders are almost a given in all projects. Whether it is from unforeseen conditions, design changes or additional work orders. documentation is the key to any change order. C.E.S. manages each project with all logs, communications and overlays between drawing sets, and therefore increasing the probability of success for each change order claim.

Throughout the trajectory of each project C.E.S. and beyond, but not limited to the previously mentioned responsibilities, our PMs handle Order Placement, Inspection Scheduling, Pencil Requisitions, AIA Requisitions, Log Management and overall scheduling.
