Setting Up System
C.E.S. assesses all of our clients invoicing procedures and ordering. We implement a customized cost tracking system that will itemize each of the project costs into categories with the objective of merging the following; Accounting, field crew, management and estimating departments. This creates a seamless tracking system between the office and the field.
Cost Tracking
While our clients focus on the day to day field operations, C.E.S. focuses on the allocation of costs while a project is being performed. Our goal is to advise and provide knowledge to Owners and PMs regarding where they stand financially at any given point throughout the project.
Apply Data
Once projects are complete, our system compares all cost codes to the initial estimated amounts. Our objective is to assess all costs, determine productivity rates, and apply them to the estimate department in order to effectively produce future bids based on historical data and to become more competitive as a concrete contractor.
