Review

When Concrete Contractors receive current industry standard contracts, the first thing they notice is that they are always more beneficial to their clients. We inform our clients about the irregularities and/or unfair liability that is sometimes overlooked. Our goal is to level the playing field.

Revisions

Our General Contracting clients come to C.E.S to avoid the immense level of bureaucracy that is involved with contract markups and revisions. C.E.S. will handle the entire process of Contract production and respective revisions by dealing directly with concrete subs.

Negotiations

Contract Terms

Negotiating terms and scope of work will have a direct impact on the Sub Contractor’s responsibilities related to the project. The C.E.S. team has extensive experience working for both sides of the table. Our objective, when negotiating, is to encounter the best solution by providing the most optimal compromise for our clients in order to move forward with the project and to preserve a healthy business relationship between both parties.

Final Contract Amount

Negotiations can be a very arduous process. C.E.S. assists clients on both sides of the table to reach a healthy compromise regarding the scope of work and final price. Many contract items can be challenging to reach an agreement on. Scope of work, scheduling, punitive damages and add alternates are all variables that are typically used to reach an amicable solution that will result in a desirable outcome.
