Fully Priced Concrete Estimates
In Addition to quantity takeoffs, C.E.S. will price each project based on your company’s productivity and today’s industry standards. C.E.S. also includes estimates for Excavation, S.O.E., Piling, Waterproofing and much more…
Project Management
We provide a remote system where we keep track of all RFI’s, Submittals, Change Orders, Vendor Procurement, AIA Billing and all respective logs regarding each project. We respect all our clients anonymity by assigning a PM that will, for the duration of the project, be using client based email and signatures.
Procurement Consulting
C.E.S. will assist with procurement for both vendors and/or contractors by analyzing bids, scope sheets, scheduling and by ultimately providing leveling sheets reporting our recommendations on the best fit for each project.
Project Cost Management
Like most Concrete Contractors, cost tracking is not an obvious priority, when running a growing business. Our efficient tracking system provides a better understanding of cost allocation throughout each project and ultimately profit margins. Among the many benefits, it creates historical data and identifies productivity rates to become more efficient and competitive during future bids and projects.
